small update

The kb has been updated with an article about database errors into one article with what the error is, what the correction is, and any references to read more about the error.

This information has helped me with problems due to a server change or simply forgetting something so hope it will be valuable!

kb tips and tricks section is almost complete

There are 5 articles left to change that are turned off at the moment.
