The Weather Stinks
Written by Wendy James on July 15, 2005Anyone else in the South US (actually all over the eastern US at this point) as sick of the storms and rain as I am? It seems like day after day for weeks now there has been nothing but hot and humid days with tropical storms, hurricanes and thunder storms thrown in… With nothing but the same (well no hurricanes so far but I am keeping my figers crossed) in the forcast for atleast a week.
It is so frustrating. Between having to shut down my computer because the storms are really bad, and not having electricity it seems I have no time to do the things I want to, like helping on the forums, answering the tons of email questions I get… or help with the Live Shops area, which is what I am going to go do as soon as I finish writing this. We are finally between storms which means I have a little bit of time to help out.
I had about 2 hours online time yesterday and spent that updating my site Home and Garden by adding a cool Amazon.com affiliate thing I stumbled across while trying to answer a question someone had emailed me about. I need about a weeks worth of clear skys to be able to catch up on all of the stuff I need to do though.
Someone send me some sun please!
